About the Author
Responsive Test Tool is built and written by a small team of developers, designers, and QA engineers who spend their days looking at how real websites behave on real screens — phones, tablets, and desktops. The guides on this blog come directly from that work: the same breakpoints we test, the same layout bugs we chase, and the same fixes we ship.
Why this blog exists
Most responsive-design content is either too theoretical or written by people who never run the tests. We take the opposite approach: every technique we publish is something we used while building or debugging with our own free responsive checker at responsivechecktool.com. If a trick does not survive contact with a 375-pixel viewport, it does not make it into an article.
Editorial standards
- Tested, not transcribed. Code examples are run in the tool and in real browsers before publishing — not copied from documentation.
- Original, in-depth, and updated. Articles are long-form (1,500+ words), reviewed after every major CSS or browser change, and dated so you know how fresh they are.
- No filler, no fluff. We publish one solid guide a week rather than dozens of thin posts — quality over quantity, always.
Experience behind the words
The team has shipped production front-ends across e-commerce, SaaS dashboards, and content sites — the environments where responsive bugs actually cost money. That day-to-day exposure to viewport bugs, device quirks, and QA workflows is what shapes the topics we pick and the checklists we share.
Feedback & corrections
Found an error in a guide, or want us to test a specific scenario? Tell us about it — corrections are published with an updated date, and reader questions frequently become the next week's article.
